CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND FAQs

Top Art is a Business to Business company operating worldwide with facilities in the USA. We are dedicated to servicing a wide range of only qualified wholesale customers including galleries, framers, retail stores, interior designers, architects, art consultants and many other art related businesses. However, Top Art welcomes consumer interest and invites anyone to view our online catalogue. You should be able to find our prints in local art stores as well as online. If you are having trouble finding our products please call (800) 253-0102 to speak with a Top Art representative.
Only retail prices are shown on the Top Art website to make it easy to use for both our wholesale accounts and our wholesale accounts clients.
Top Art generally releases a new collection at least twice a year. You can click here to view and/or download the latest catalogues.
Wholesale user Id’s and passwords are only issued to wholesale Top Art customers. If you would like to become a wholesale customer please complete the “Business Profile” form.  Once your resale and federal tax id numbers have been verified we will set up a wholesale account for you. At that time you will be issued a wholesale user ID and password.
When you are a registered customer with a User ID and password you will have access to our “Customer Only” section of the web site. You will be able to use the “My Gallery” function of the web site which allows you to save and arrange prints before buying them. You will be able to view prices and place orders online. You will also be able to view past online orders as well as duplicate past online orders for quick ordering.
FedEx is our main carrier. However, we do offer several other shipping methods. You will have a chance to choose your shipping method while placing your order online.
Unfortunately we are unable to give you your shipping charges until your order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse. You may call customer service the day after placing your order for the total charges.
All orders are handled with care. Most orders are rolled and packaged in a sturdy box to prevent damage. Larger orders are packed differently depending on quantity. No. Currently we do not ship anything through the USPS and therefore are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Simple. During the check out process you will have the chance to change your Ship To address. Just type in the address you want your order to Ship To.
If any part of your order is received damaged or incorrect please call us immediately at (800) 253-0102 or email custservice@topart.net. At that time we will gather the information needed to send you a replacement and take care of the original shipment.
For wholesale accounts: All on-line orders are charged according to your current account terms. These terms were set up when you opened your wholesale account with Top Art. For retail accounts: You will be contact by a sales representative to complete your transaction.
No. You are welcome to order as little or as many prints as you like.
Top Art generally attends the West Coast Art & Frame show that takes place in Las Vegas annually in January.
